First, eggs were good for you. Then, for years, we were told they were bad for you because of all the cholesterol. Then, suddenly, they were good for you, maybe one of the best things you could eat. Now, the latest research suggests that they're bad for you again, specifically because they've found that adults eating one and a half eggs daily had a slightly higher risk of heart disease and dying early than those who ate no eggs.
