Latest health fad: Cool temperature workouts. New York gyms set at 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The idea is that if you don't perceive you're overheating, you'll work out harder and longer (I know, but I'm not going for that joke here). Some research shows that with repeated cold-temperature workouts, you burn more fat. You buying any of this? (New York Times)
