Here we go again with experts debating whether it's better to go barefoot than wear shoes. This has been a big topic in running for years, with some people touting minimalist or no shoes because, well, we were born without them. Some studies claim you'll have fewer injuries and less pain going barefoot. All I know is that when I tried less cushioned running shoes, plantar fasciitis flared up almost immediately, so no thanks.
