Maybe We Need To Know, But We Don't Always WANT To Know

Philadelphia is continuing its increased regulation of junk food and drink with a new regulation going into effect that requires chain restaurants to post when a food item has too much sodium, like the entire day's recommended amount in one item. If you're against this (or calories on meals, which, true, suck the joy out of dining out in some ways), you haven't been advised by your doctors to cut back on the sodium. It's amazing how much you'll find in restaurant food these days. I'd like to be alerted to that, or maybe the restaurants can cut back. (WCAU-TV/Philadelphia)
