Extreme Dibs
-
The latest example of a neighborhood using extreme measures to stop certain behavior is pretty extreme: Someone in a neighborhood in Oakland is blocking RVs from parking on the streets by putting massive logs to block the curbs. One small problem: It also means nobody ELSE can park there. The actual residents suspect that the managers of a nearby gated development are responsible. But how do you balance the need for the public to be able to park and RVs camping out on public streets overnight? (KRON-TV/San Francisco)
