Okay, first, the customer was justified in being upset that her McDonald's order was botched and the manager was taking a long time -- like, 25 minutes and counting -- to address it. But she was wrong to throw food at the manager. And the manager was wrong to throw a blender at the customer, injuring her. If we can't restrain ourselves from throwing things, all hope is lost.
