According to prosecutors, the driver responsible for a fatal crash in New Jersey -- she rammed into a car that was stopped for a pedestrian, sending the stopped car into a pedestrian -- got a text in the minute before the accident that asked her what she planned for dinner, Cuban, American, or Mexican. She didn't respond, but they say the text was read. When you're driving, do you read texts when your phone buzzes? I know we all agree that texts can and must wait until you're parked, but you know most people check that text while driving anyway. Maybe you shouldn't do that. (NJ Advance Media/NJ.com)
