The ads showed a Chalupa Cravings Box for $5. The couple says they went to Taco Bell and were charged more than six bucks for it. Result: lawsuit. Taco Bell's response: If you look at the fine print in the TV commercials, you'll see the phrase "prices may vary." Is that an adequate excuse? Because you can't really even READ the fine print. And the part about five dollars is in anything BUT "fine" print. I know, it's only a buck and change difference, but should a company get away with advertising one price and charging another?
