Oh, for the love of... What are we supposed to do with this study that claims that you'll live longer by adhering to a low protein, low sulfur diet? If restricting your intake of meats, dairy, nuts, and soy will reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease, will you do it? Even if this all might be contradicted in another study next week? I've talked to doctors and dietitians about nutrition and even they're confused. You can understand why so many people just give up on all diets. (CNN)
