Everything You Know Is Wrong: You’re an athlete. You should drink water and Gatorade with electrolytes to keep your essential sodium levels in balance, right? Nope. A study of ultramarathon runners has determined that electrolyte drinks don’t help. Sorry. Stick to regular water. Also, don’t overdo the exercise. (CNN)
