No love lost for the food delivery companies, who you can argue are exploiting their gig workers. But also no love lost for the drivers who are scamming customers, restaurants, and GrubHub by reporting that they picked up and delivered food when they didn't. You order, you get a receipt, the restaurant gets the order and cooks the food, but nobody comes to pick it up and deliver it. The driver automatically gets the fee and tip you entered, which seems like a problem with the GrubHub system, honestly. You have to stop payment through your credit card company. Especially now, when everyone's reliant on delivery, this is pretty low. (WPIX-TV/New York)
