How frustrated have you gotten with a business? Meet one Tampa area business owner who was so upset with the Bank of America for not giving her any answers about her Payroll Protection Program that she went to a bank branch and refused to leave the lobby for six hours, demanding an answer. She didn't get one, because the bank punted, saying you can only ask questions through an email address. But what can you do if they just don't call back? (WFLA-TV/Tampa)
