The Kids Are Probably The Only Interesting Thing Happening On Those Calls

A mother in San Diego is suing her former employer because she was fired, and she alleges that she got the ax because her manager kept telling her to keep her kids quiet during work calls. The question is whether, under the pandemic circumstances, it's reasonable to demand the kids be quiet, or whether you have to let that go for a while, and for how long. And how about dogs barking, or spouses wandering into the room? (CTV)
