Someone made hard seltzer ice cream. This review asks the plaintive, apt question: Why? The whole point of hard seltzer is that it has a very slight flavor, not really sweet. Why would you make an ice cream or sorbet out of that? And does ice cream really need to be infused with alcohol? (Washington Post)
