As If The Price Of Parking In San Francisco Wasn't Exhorbitant Enough
-
The San Francisco area's transportation agency is planning to put tolls on most freeways and introduce congestion pricing as a way to reduce congestion. It's weird to see this being proposed at a time when the freeways aren't nearly as congested as normal, but they're preparing for the future, when they want people to take mass transit instead of driving. Good idea? Or is it pointless if you assume that post-pandemic commuting will be nowhere near the level that it was before March? (SFGate.com)
