This issue keeps coming up and the answer is still the same: Politicians aren't supposed to play artists' music without consent, especially when the artists hate the politician -- yes, we're talking about Trump -- but if the politician's campaign buys a cheap license from the performing rights companies, there's not much the artists can do to stop it. It's also hard to stop if you have a campaign like Trump's that doesn't care if you sue. But let's cut to the real issue: Why does Trump always play "You Can't Always Get What You Want"?
