Collateral damage from having no fans in the stadium: Residents of a West Tampa neighborhood near Raymond James Stadium are complaining that they're losing money because with no fans allowed at Bucs' home games, they can't charge fans for parking in their yards. In normal times, they can make a few hundred bucks during the season. Now, nothing. Sorry, folks. (WFTS-TV/Tampa-St. Petersburg)
