My Town's Horror Is Trump's Golf Course (Really)
-
Every town has stories, but not every one deserves much attention. A coffeehouse owner in Clinton, New Jersey thinks his town DOES have a story worth telling, so he's written, cast, and will direct a horror movie about his town's allegedly-haunted Red Mill. It's a low-budget, GoFundMe-financed affair, hardly Hollywood, but, still, it's a story and someone wants to tell it. Assuming your market isn't one that gets a lot of movies or TV shows made about it, what local stories deserve their own movies? (I've lived in "The Sopranos," "Rocky," and a million L.A. movies, so I'll sit this one out.) (NJ Advance Media/NJ.com)
