A Singapore company is making lab-grown shrimp meat, reproduced from shrimp cells. They're planning to do crab and lobster, too. If you know that your shrimp or crab or any other seafood or meat was recreated in a lab and not from the real deal, are you going to eat it? Do you trust it? Is it better to you that you're eating meat that isn't from a living being that died for your lunch? (Los Angeles Times)
