Green Acres, But With Wi-Fi

We've visited this before, but it remains an interesting topic: Once the pandemic eases, will the move to working from home translate to permanence, and, more interestingly, will it result in people living far from the big cities? I mean, if you don't HAVE to be in the office more than occasionally, you COULD live anywhere. And that includes much, much cheaper and safer places. There ARE reasons to live in the big cities, like culture, but if you could live out in the country or on a beach or anywhere at all, you would, right? So, is this how it's going to be?
