Most Everest Climbers Don't Raise Their Fists And Hum 'Gonna Fly Now' At The Top

How do you climb Mount Everest without going to Mount Everest? This guy will do it, sort of, not really, virtually, by repeatedly running up the "Rocky" steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, doing the 72 steps 880 times. That's 29,029 feet. Oh, and he won't count going back down each time, so in reality it'll be the distance of going up AND down Everest. It's a feat, definitely, but it ain't Everest -- no altitude, no cold, no danger other than knee damage and running into tourists doing the Stallone imitation. (Philadelphia Inquirer)
