Expensive Reminders Of A Bygone Era
-
What's in your wallet? That's not just a Capital One commercial, it's a question banks and airlines are asking as the pandemic has made airline credit cards pretty unattractive right now. I'll admit I carry a bunch because I was, until March, a frequent business traveler, and piling up miles, getting priority boarding, and, for some, getting club access were worth it to me. Now, grounded and not planning to fly anytime soon? Not so much. And what are you going to do with those points if you aren't flying? Is it time to downgrade your card, switch to a cash-back card with low or no annual fees, or stay the course? (Wall Street Journal)
