The woman who accused an innocent Black teen of stealing her iPhone and tackled him now says she has "anger management issues" and wants to apologize. The topic here is apologies after the fact: If she hadn't been publicly shamed and identified to the public, would she have gone away and never apologized? Was it only after facing a possible legal issue that she offered an apology? And if you were her victim, would you accept that? (New York Daily News)
