Wouldn't Happen If You Didn't Insist On Getting Off The Couch On Occasion

Yet another "guess what's skyrocketing due to the pandemic" story? Yep, and this one's about the increase in broken toes. Broken what? Toes, and then there's more plantar fasciitis and tendinitis and ingrown toenails, and podiatrists say it's because people are not going out and so aren't wearing shoes and they're walking into furniture. Or they're dropping boxes on their toes. Or... well, just be careful. (Oh, and about that plantar fasciitis: I've had that, and what helped was a simple change of shoes. Get yourself a good pair of walking shoes and good, well-cushioned athletic shoes, even the ultra-padded kind, which I wear for exercise. They're kinda clunky looking but they work.)
