More online retailers are telling customers who want to return an item to just keep the item and refunding it anyway. Others are trying different measures to reduce returns. That's because it's expensive to process returns, and with people buying more and more stuff online, the return process is a pricey pain. It's especially acute for clothes, since you can't try them on before buying. Some retailers are using "virtual try-ons"; have you tried those yet? What have your return experiences been like lately?
