At Least Now You Can Work From Home Pretty Much Anywhere

This always happens: People decide in droves to move to the exurbs to save money on housing, and all that does is drive rents way up where they're going. That's the case here in L.A., which has become unaffordable and has driven residents to pick up stakes and move to the Inland Empire (San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, a/k/a "The 909" or "the land of pickups, meth, and smog"), where rents are, of course, now skyrocketing. Next stop? I don't know, maybe the High Desert. Where in your market can people go to find a reasonable cost of living? (KCBS-TV/Los Angeles)
