A post-pandemic problem for travelers might arise when they discover that the flight credits they got because they had to cancel travel plans during the last year have expired before they can use them. The standard term for flight credits is one year, but that's one year after purchase, not flight date. Surprise! Some airlines extended the term, but expirations are still happening.
