Says here that the pandemic has a lot of workers suffering from a combination of impostor syndrome and worrying that they'll lose their jobs and aren't going to find another or won't be able to do any other job. Isolation, the experts say, will do that to you. Not that you don't ALWAYS feel that you're faking it and you don't really know what you're doing at work: 82% of people feel that way at times, research shows. The problem is that if you're working solo, you don't get feedback from others at work that you're doing things right, and you can't easily gauge if you're falling behind others. How confident are you about your work and whether you could find a replacement gig if this one falls through? (Wall Street Journal)
