You Gotta Drown Out Snoring With SOMETHING, Right?

A lot of us use white noise (or pink, or brown) to help us sleep. Science says... well, that's the thing. Science doesn't know how, or if, having noise to blot out other noises or even out the background sound works, and they don't even know if it doesn't actually harm you. You'd think they might want to test that since so many people use the noise to help them sleep. Concerned about that? (CNN)
