Still Beats The Commute, Tho

The drawback to working from home? Longer work days. 12-plus hours. Oh, boy, do I know about that. I work insanely long days, not because I want to but because people assume I'm always on duty, always reachable. When you work from home, you're always "at the office," and everyone takes advantage of that. If you can, you have to set absolute boundaries, but not every boss accepts that. So, for those of you who work from home, do you find the same thing? Are you working endless days? (USA Today)
