The guy had already caused a crash in the parking lot before he strolled into the Walmart and tried to shoplift. And when he did that, the store's security people confronted him. But they didn't DO anything, which is when a 21-year-old customer decided enough was enough and stepped in, leading to a fistfight and the suspect's arrest. Should bystanders take action if the people who are SUPPOSED to take action don't? (KCPQ-TV/Seattle)
