The recent attacks on Asian Americans have raised a question about bystanders, and whether they're willing to step in when someone's being assaulted. So they did a study and it showed that most people are willing to intervene and help someone being attacked. But that's what people say, not what they do, so let's look deep inside ourselves. Would you really jump in? Is not doing so apathy or self-preservation? What should you do? (New York Times)
