A lot of rules have been eased up in the pandemic, and now that we have some light at the end of this year-long tunnel, some folks want to see the changes made permanent. Examples? Carry-out cocktails. Video doctors' visits. Online sales of weed. You get the idea, and on one hand there are people insisting that those laws were there for a reason, and on the other hand, there are people pointing out that if it was OK to dump the rules in a pandemic, maybe the rules weren't worth saving after all.
