It's Easy, It's Useful, And You Get To Be Outside. Kinda Perfect, Actually
-
Meet this retired school teacher who is now a crossing guard. The story here is that he's 96 years old, and hopes to make it to 100 while still holding up that STOP sign. He gets up at about 4 am, goes to work at 6:30 am, and loves it, which is cool, since why not get out and be with people and feel a sense of purpose? Granted, sleeping in might be more desirable for most people, but, yeah, it's like being a Walmart greeter (they don't have those anymore, do they?) or any other public-facing job a senior can do. Can you see yourself doing that? (WISN-TV/Milwaukee)
