Nowhere Has A Price Tag

Here's a real-life Schitt's Creek, a town in the Mojave Desert owned by a woman who is increasingly desperately trying to sell it with no takers. It's Nipton, CA, and I have driven past the Nipton Road exit on the way to Vegas many times but did not know it was a town with 25 residents, a store, a trailer park, a school house, some art from Burning Man, and... that's it for miles around. What would you DO with a town like that if you bought it? $2.75 million and it's yours to answer that question. (Wall Street Journal)
