The pandemic is still raging in South Korea, where, according to the BBC, gyms in the Seoul area are being told not to play music with more than 120 BPM because the faster beat might make people spray more sweat or breathe more heavily. I'd just do what I do when I work out and listen to podcasts on earbuds. Leave the K-Pop to your non-sweating hours. (BBC)
