Pity the customer service reps who have to put up with angry customers during the pandemic. Okay, you don't necessarily have a lot of sympathy for the CSRs, but people put on edge by the pandemic are taking it out on customer service reps, and civility has gone out the window. Have you found your patience running out? Do you yell at CSRs? Are we all collectively losing it? (New York Times)
