Here's everything you need to know about cravings, which over 90% of people have and the other 10% are probably lying. You know how you just crave, like, pizza or ice cream or something you know you shouldn't eat, and it's natural. But restricting yourself against giving in is NOT natural, so what can you do? The best thing is to try and wait out the craving and have just a little tiny bit of the food. Ask yourself if you NEED more. In other words, moderation is OK, if you can moderate at all.
