Neither Rain Nor Snow Nor Sleet Nor Mental Illness....

A Philadelphia postal carrier decided at some point that actually delivering the mail wasn't the best thing to do, so he -- they won't say who it was, but they're looking for him -- hoarded 20,000 pieces of mail for years in his home. Nothing was stolen, no mail was opened; the stuff was just left in the home in bags. The stuff's now being delivered, in some cases years late. The authorities want "his side of the story." He didn't deliver the mail; what "side" could there be?
