Can't Kill It, Don't Want To Eat It, And Now It Wants To Kill Us

Kudzu isn't just a pest of a weed all over the southern U.S. It's now being blamed for poor air quality. They think there might be a link between kudzu and increased ozone levels, which lead to smog, which lead to lung disease. The way it works is that the soil around the kudzu gets increased nitrogen, which emits ozone, and there you go. Oh, and, as anyone in the South knows, it's really, really hard to get rid of kudzu. The stuff just grows and grows and keeps coming back.
