You're rich. You buy a historic house in an upscale neighborhood. There's no law against it. So why SHOULDN'T you have the right to paint the house orange? This eccentric millionaire bought a 1920's mansion in Atlanta that had gone into disrepair. He fixed it up well, but the paint job has the neighbors angry and claiming that it's a desecration of the original gray color. But if they wanted it to remain gray, they could have bought it.
