So, you got the new iPhone, and it's... dropping calls. Like crazy. Now, if you're experienced with AT&T, you might be used to it, but this phone was supposed to fix that. Problem is that if you hold it in a certain way -- basically, if you use it while holding it in your left hand, touching the antenna rim on the lower left -- the signal cuts out. Apple's response? You're holding it wrong. No, seriously, both the official response and a terse Steve Jobs e-mail say that it' YOUR fault because you're holding it wrong. So this is a product that doesn't work properly when you hold it the way you've always held phones, and the manufacturer says YOU'RE to blame, and people STILL buy it. Amazing.
