This Is Not Weight Watchers
-
A former contestant on "The Biggest Loser" claims that the show gave her an eating disorder. She says that the competition led her to try dangerous ways to lose weight, including fasting and exercising wearing multiple layers of clothes in 100-degree heat. She lost 118 pounds in 12 weeks, but she says she nearly died doing it. You're not going to lose weight in a slow, sensible way. But you know that going in. (ABC News)
