If It's Not For Successfully Delivering Your Bag, What's The Fee For, Anyway?

She paid the $25 and checked her bag. Then American Airlines lost it. So she's suing because the airline has the balls not to refund the fee. And, you know, if you read the fine print, there's nothing about refunding the fee if they lose your bag. But if you contract with them to carry your bag and pay a fee for them to do so, and they fail to hold up their end of the bargain, should they feel free to keep the money? (WFAA-TV/Dallas)
