A Limo's Cheaper
-
They spent over a billion dollars on the new Giants and Jets stadium-with-no-name in New Jersey. Someone's gotta pay for it. And besides taxpayers and ticket holders, the people who'll have to pay are those who have to park their cars at the place. It's so expensive to park within a reasonable distance of the stadium that the passes are getting scalped. And if you think that's just New Jersey and New York's problem, have you parked at a major league ballpark or arena lately? We're talking $15-20 pretty much everywhere, and it's more egregious at places like Dodger Stadium or Angel Stadium where there isn't a reasonable option for public transportation. You're driving or you ain't going. (New York Daily News)
