The tech entrepreneur who built it spent over a decade trying to sell it; he eventually did, and the new owner (probably Tyler Perry, if the rumors are true) is going to level the place, which cost between $750,000 and a million a YEAR just to keep operating. The seller is not at all embarrassed by having lived in a garish monument to excess, either. Hey, when he had it, he flaunted it. Why not? (CNN)
