The beaches are clean. The water isn't oily. Most of the Gulf Coast towns are back to normal, if they were ever not normal from the oil spill at all. But tourists are still staying home, because the assumption is that the entire coast is coated with crude. Also, because nobody has any money to spend on a vacation. (AP via MSNBC)
