Isn't The Right To Go Pee In The Constitution? It Should Be
-
A court has awarded a supermarket checkout clerk $200,000 because a supervisor wouldn't let her go to the bathroom and she ended up peeing on herself at the register. She had undergone cancer treatment, the store had accomodated her need to go to the bathroom at frequent intervals, but a new supervisor who didn't know about all that refused to let her go. Even if you don't know about a person's medical condition, why would you NOT let someone go to the bathroom? Hasn't everyone had a moment when they needed to go at an inopportune time?
