Coming from a Hispanic household, my dad wanted me to be a lawyer or doctor, But I wanted to be a rapper.-
BRIEF CAREER SYNOPSIS:
I started as an intern at Power 98.3. I met the morning show at the time, Joey Boy and Lady La. Iwent to Ventura, CA with Joey and helped on nights and on weekends at KCAQ (Q104.7) where I met Crisco Kidd and DJ Ecto 1. I came back to Phoenix and started at CBS Radio. I produced the KMLE (Country 107.9) morning show and did weekends on Live 101.5. Had an opportunity to come back to Power 98.3 so I took it and was the night jock up until Covid-19. Now I do my things on the weekends!
1. What got you into radio?
By accident I needed a internship to get my associates degree and I was driving around and saw the Power 98.3 sign and decided to try that. I got it and the rest is history!
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were a kid?

Steve Kramer, Deonne McBean and DJ Ecto 1
4. Has the pandemic taught you anything about yourself?
Yes, It taught me that I’m not afraid to make adjustments and to keep evolving. Also, that radio is so much more than just talking on air! Plus, to always grow your personal brand.
5. How do you stay cool in Phoenix?
DO NOT GO OUTSIDE! And when you can, get by a pool!
6. If you weren't in radio, what do you think you'd be doing professionally?
Man! When this Covid stuff happened and it honestly made me think what else could I see myself doing and I still couldn’t tell you, But, maybe open my own taco stand.
7. What's your favorite thing about living and working in Phoenix?
I work with some of the best people I’ve met with our PD DJ Complex and Deonne McBean. Since I have been back to Power it hasn’t felt like work, so I love that. As far as the city. It has an amazing culture to it and the people are just genuinely good people, so I love that about PHOENIX, AZ!
8. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to hang out with my family and watch my son grow up. You thought your sales teams was a hassle wait till you have kids! And love DJing for events and clubs wherever I can. Plus, I run a site for DJs at Firstspindjs.com.
9. If you could be on any TV reality show or game show, which would you want to be on?
For sure, Chopped on Food Network.
10. If you had to eat one type of meal every day for a month, what would it be?
I low key already do it! But it would be tacos de asada.
