BRIEF CAREER SYNOPSIS:

Started at KXHV in 1994 (big shouts to the studio8600 crew)...Was donut-eater and Taco Bell-runner for KRQR/Chico, CA for a few minutes before Chris K (now at KDND, Sacramento) put me on weekends at KLRS. Flipped KZAP/Chico to Rhythmic in 2002. Arrived in Spokane on July 1, 2007.

1. What was your last non-Industry job?

Summer camp counselor

2. Why Radio?

Aggregating audience using a lifestyle medium is fun!

3. What's the first thing you do when you walk into your office?

Check messages. I hate voicemail, so if you've ever called me and gotten voicemail, recognize that it wasn't on purpose and that I was away from my desk for (probably) legitimate reasons.

4. What animal would best describe you as a person and why?

Being this far north...lately I've felt like a polar bear.

5. Choose an actor to play "Boomer" in a TV movie about your life.

Nicolas Cage, but the flick is narrated by Samuel L Jackson.

6. Where do you see yourself in five years?

Programming to win.

8. What was the key in KEZE's decision to air The Playhouse in the morning?

Regularly they outperform other morning shows in the market. PK and I agree on momentum - - he keeps the show moving forward at a breakneck pace and is constantly doing innovative things to reach out to the biggest fans of the show. Next, they're launching streaming video at RadioPlayhouse.com. Why is this a big deal? Imagine listeners around the world making your morning show viral! ...also? Neveen is hot.

9. What was the highlight of your senior prom?

My date looked like Cinderella. Fortunately she didn't lose her slipper until the afterparty. I am also happy to report that she didn't turn into a pumpkin.

10. If you were to leave Radio today and you could choose any other occupation, what would it be?

Politics...I'd either be REALLY good or REALLY bad at it.

You are driving across country. Each night in your hotel room you have to watch the same 2 TV shows (different episodes each night). What 2 shows would they be?

Currently working my way through The Shield and Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations.

A freak gravitational shift has added three hours to everyday. What would you do with those extra three hours?
